Shipping and return policies for Acta Vira

Shipping Info

All merchandise ships out within five (5) business days from the date that the order is placed. If an order is placed after 5:00 P.M. EST, then the official date of the order will be the next business day, regardless of any date listed in a confirmation email or other receipt. Standard U.S. National holidays (any day that USPS offices are closed) are not considered to be business days for shipping purposes.

All merchandise ships via USPS First Class Mail (for U.S. orders) or USPS First-Class Package International Service (for International orders). Customs and other additional fees may be required for International orders; the buyer is solely responsible for these additional fees. We currently do not have expedited shipping options available (we're working on it...bear with us!).

Return Policy

Returns/Refunds: All apparel (unless otherwise noted on a product-by-product basis) may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date, providing that the item is in clean, like-new condition with no signs of wear, use, or damage. Amount of the refund will be equal to the price of the item before shipping. The buyer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges (the original cost of shipping is not included in the refund, nor is the cost of return shipping).

CDs are not eligible for returns.

Any item that is received in a damaged or defective condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, including the original cost of shipping (buyer still pays for return shipping).
